A woman get permission to mermaid with her dead fiance from France Government. He was engaged with her fiance 6 year before. But now when they want to get merry and one month remaining her fiance died. Now she want to marry with her dead fiance, So he send letters to the president of France to get permission. After 19 year president give him permission to marry with her dead fiance. And this is a new law in the France.
